What You Will Do:Demonstrate the behaviours and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives and The Canadian Brewhouses vision, mission and safety principles to make a difference in guests livesOversee the front of house functions ensuring labour budgets are being metBe responsible for 4-wall sales; promote in-house promos, fundraisers, events and more with guests at tables and at the barManage secret shoppers, review responses, and provide feedback where requiredRegularly communicate feedback and recognition to all hourly employees, and provide continuous coachingAssist in onboarding, orientation, and on-going performance management for all Service employeesBe responsible for maintenance of all dcor and furniture and cleanliness of service facilitiesComplete any facilities-based ordersHandle Service maintenance issues such as game function, washrooms, interior and exterior facilities standardsAssist in planning, setup and running of in-house eventsAudit promo tabs/voids/discounts including bar spill, kitchen spill, etc. on POS during shiftsBe responsible for completing daily, weekly, and periodic administrative paperwork, recordkeeping, and reportingFollow the procedures set out in the Health and Safety manualPerform other duties, as assignedEmbody The Canadian Brewhouses values of Take Care of Each Other and Yourself, Think Like a Customer, Support Your Community, Hurry Dont Rush, Embrace Innovation, and Be Persistent
