SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales agreements for customers.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions with customers. Job Requirements Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field .

Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar position.

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role will be an advantage.

Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good customer relationship management and business development abilities.

Able to identify business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.

Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
