Role Description The Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that support Tengymart’s e-commerce, data, and software solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating back-end services and APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring security and scalability across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, requiring close coordination with cross-functional colleagues and active contribution to ongoing and new projects. Qualifications

Requirements

• Front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Back-End Web Development and Software Development experience, including working with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
• Full-Stack Development capabilities, with the ability to own features end-to-end across front-end and back-end layers.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, documentation, and secure coding standards.
• Relevant experience with modern web frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Accra, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms, data-driven applications, or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
