Technical Marketing Head (Engineer)

Your tasks

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Technical Marketing Head to lead day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate the full marketing cycle—from product pre-launches and technical documentation to digital presence, exhibitions, and sales support materials.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 360° marketing operations, including pending projects, product pre-launches, events, exhibitions, and daily deliverables.
• Manage digital presence, B2B marketing content, technical webinars, and installation/application videos.
• Coordinate technical submittals, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and product marketing documentation.
• Prepare and review CAD architectural details for roofing, basement waterproofing, and lift systems.
• Develop physical sales support materials, including sample kits, sample binders, and product mockups.
• Coordinate marketing activities with sales, technical teams, clients, and plant operations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, technical communication, visual materials, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines an architectural or civil engineering background with strong marketing coordination skills, technical detailing capabilities, and a proactive approach to using modern AI tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering with extensive architectural detailing experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical marketing, preferably in construction materials, building systems, or a related engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, CAD detailing, and engineering product presentations.
• Experience coordinating digital marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and sales enablement materials.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
