Job Summary
Join Seroja as an Assistant Manager to lead service operations, develop the team, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a Michelin two-star setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high guest satisfaction
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and maintain service excellence
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to coordinate seamless service delivery
- Manage guest interactions and respond effectively to special requests to create memorable dining experiences
- Maintain and uphold the restaurant’s hospitality standards consistently during all service periods
- Assist in staff scheduling, conduct briefings, and oversee daily operational tasks to support team organization
- Motivate and align the team towards shared goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Contribute to building and strengthening the team culture through active engagement and leadership
