QESH Specialist (Manufacturing / FSM), Tuas

Responsibilities

• Support and implement Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QESH) initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups.
• Maintain and improve ISO management systems, coordinate internal/external audits and ensure compliance with relevant certifications.
• Oversee environmental compliance activities, including waste management, hazardous substances and sustainability initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to promote workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Maintain QESH documentation, regulatory permits, compliance reports and employee training programmes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS / QESH experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries.
• SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
