[T07] Product Manager - Permanent Role

We are looking for an experienced  Product Manager  to lead end-to-end product delivery, from  discovery and validation through launch and measurement . This is a  consultancy/client-facing role , you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and validation through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Identify key assumptions and risks, conduct validation initiatives, and define OKRs and outcome-based product roadmaps.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate product hypotheses.
• Develop product strategies, story maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
• Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics requirements.
• Analyse product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners through knowledge sharing and hands-on collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business, product, and technical teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, covering the full product lifecycle.
• Strong experience in product discovery, user research, product strategy, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Strong experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching Product Managers/Product Owners is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government technology platforms or government projects is an advantage.
