Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor [PERM]

Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates for M&E works. Evaluate and process monthly progress claims and Variation Order (VO) claims. Prepare and review M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Support tendering activities, contract administration, and project documentation. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurements throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in M&E engineering or Quantity Surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Mechanical or Electrical engineering background, with exposure to both disciplines preferred. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
