🔧 THE ROLE

As a Polymer Technician , you will be involved in the production, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support of polymer-based materials and processes, helping ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth manufacturing operations .

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate and monitor polymer processing equipment
• Conduct material testing, inspection, and quality checks
• Support polymer mixing, compounding, molding, or production processes
• Troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues
• Monitor process parameters and maintain production standards
• Prepare technical reports and production records
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

👀 WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant technical qualification in Polymer, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in polymer, plastics, rubber, chemical, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
• Hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
