Legal Admin Executive 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri) $3000 - $4000 Toa Payoh Job Scope: Preparation of legal documents and filling of documents for conveyancing cases. Working closely with the team in ensuring smooth completion of transactions. Liaising with Agents, Brokers, clients, banks and related parties for further verification and clarification. Administrative support in requesting and retrieving of necessary documents. Setting up of appointment for client to sign legal documents with the Solicitor as well as monitoring deadlines. Preparing the bank letters to notify the bank and serve notices to complete the legal process.

Requirements: Meticulous, well-organised and good time management Able to work both independently and as a team Diploma graduated
