Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise
Monitor incoming communications and flag items that need urgent attention
Arrange travel and itineraries, proofing all details before they are finalised
Prepare documents and materials ahead of meetings, and track follow-up actions
Handle routine administrative tasks and expense processing
Support personal and household coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed)
Completed NYSC, with discharge certificate or valid exemption letter
0–1 years' experience in an administrative, front-desk, internship, or coordination role (strong internships count)
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (documents, spreadsheets, slides, calendar, email)
Clear written and spoken English, with a professional phone and email manner
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Demonstrable discretion and reliability
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for work tasks
Exposure to a fast-paced or executive environment
Basic familiarity with scheduling, travel-booking, or expense tools
