We are currently recruiting an experienced Bartender to join a busy and established luxury hotel operation located along Ireland's spectacular Atlantic coastline. This respected hospitality business operates a busy bar, restaurant, conference, wedding, and events department, welcoming both local guests and international visitors throughout the year. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
- Assist with bar setup and closing procedures
- Work closely with restaurant and events teams
- Follow all company procedures and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
- Previous Bartender experience required
- Good knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good English language skills
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Flexible regarding evenings, weekends, and public holidays
