TCM CLINIC Manger

Responsibilities:

Oversees the daily operations in Clinic

Reviewing medical records and conduct in-depth analysis

Managing a team of TCM physicians

Manpower and strategic planning

Develop and review policies and procedures

Undertaking any other work function assigned

Reporting to chairman

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Traditional Medicine TCM

At least have 8-10 years of experience in TCM

Must be able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers

Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with both internal/external senior level

Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers’ needs
