1. 1year sales experience in Travel industry would be an asset .

1. Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a strong asset.

1. Strong communication skills and market awareness.

1. Exceptional customer service skills.

1. Proficiency working with Excel.

1. Communications. Ongoing communications with guide and operations management team - Creating Trip manifests (Guest Details)

1. Office Management. Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar etc.

We will provide training if you have no experience. :)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
