IT Manager / System Administrator

Configure and maintain the HIS, including workflows, user permissions, and master data.

Coordinate with the HIS vendor and manage support contracts, updates, and escalations.

Manage the IT department budget and medium-term operational plan.

Supervise the IT team and allocate responsibilities and daily priorities.

Ensure compliance with information security and patient data protection requirements.

Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Act as the first escalation point for critical incidents affecting clinical operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Mandatory: Previous IT experience in hospitals or healthcare facilities.

Proven experience in HIS administration and hospital IT operations.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, information security, backup, and disaster recovery.

Previous team leadership/management experience.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
