Position overview

We are currently seeking a passionate secondary physics teacher to join our science department for academic year 2026-2027. This position involves teaching physics within the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) at the high/secondary school level. No previous teaching experience is required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to develop their skills in an international setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective physics lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme.

Support student learning by creating inclusive and stimulating classroom environments.

Collaborate with colleagues within the science department.

Participate in school activities, professional development, and contribute positively to school culture.

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in physics or a related field. Ability to teach chemistry is a bonus.

Strong understanding of physics concepts aligned with the IB DP curriculum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate secondary school students.

Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Basic knowledge of educational technology tools is an advantage.
