HSE - Manager (F/H/X)

We are looking for :
- As an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) & Training Manager, you support the site and are responsible for the correct implementation and follow-up of the health, safety, and environmental policy. You will ensure that Syensqo complies with all internal guidelines and legal obligations, with the aim of creating a safe and healthy working environment. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring that various job- and HSE-related trainings are conducted by line managers and yourself.
We count on you for :

Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, HSEQ, Life Saving Rules, etc).

Administrative follow-up and primary investigation of EHS issues: security audits, near-misses, CPPW, medical programs, HSE incidents, SDS database updates, Gensuite utilization.

Supporting the retention of certifications.

Track and administer ‘One Planet’ Objectives

Audit and ensure help ensure adherence to Syensqo Life Saving rules and other policies and regulations

Managing the training plan and coordinating training.

Ensuring training documentation and files are up-to-date

Audit preparation

Administrative onboarding related to HSE and regulatory training

Managing unified training content and centralized location for such training

Updating training when changes become necessary

Updating competency matrix for all site employees

Update various databases (SAP, Gensuite).

Ordering general services and materials.

Supporting housekeeping and the 5S program.
You will bring :

Education:Bachelor's degree in HSE or HR major or equivalent through experience; ‘Preventie Adviseur’ certification/registration strongly preferred

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience;

Languages: Dutch and English required; French and German are a plus

Skills: MS Office, SAP
