5 Days- Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower and hiring requirements.
• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening/interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare salary proposals and coordinate job offers.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate database and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events and other talent acquisition activities.
• Support onboarding arrangements for successful candidates.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners when required.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition preferred.
• Experience recruiting for construction, M&E, engineering or technical positions would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore job portals and recruitment channels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work closely with different hiring managers.
• Proactive and comfortable with candidate sourcing/headhunting.
