What you'll be doing

Qualifications/Requirements: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (BS in Industrial Engineering) Willing to stay outdoors most of the day where the production/factory department is

Knowledgeable with using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel

2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor preferably within food or manufacturing industry is a plus

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
