PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

The Buyer is responsible for executing the company's purchasing activities in line with approved budget, timelines and quality standards. This role ensures that materials, supplies, and services and sourced t the best possible cost, quality and delivery terms while maintaining compliance with company policies. The Buyer collaborates closely with internal departments to convert purchase requisitions into accurate purchase orders, manages supplier relationships, resolves delivery and billing issues, and supports continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or any related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or management preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG environment

Experience in vendor negotiation, purchase order processing, supplier management and cost analysis

Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing, or logistics operations is an advantage

Hands on experience in using SAP or other ERP systems for Purchase Requisition and Purchase order processing
