Description

Our client is a boutique executive outplacement firm in Dubai and Singapore serving the APMEA region. We are deliberately not a volume provider.

We take a small number of mid to senior individuals and get them to the right next role — measured on placement quality and compensation retention, not logins to a portal. We are built for the churn realities of this region: expat transitions, visa-linked exits, and executive moves where reputation and discretion matter.

The role

You will personally carry a small caseload of mid to senior professionals and executives through transition — strategy, positioning, market access, negotiation. You will do the actual work, at depth, with people who can afford to be picky about outcomes.

Requirements

You'll recognise yourself here if you:

Have delivered outplacement or career transition inside a structured provider (LHH, Right Management, RiseSmart, Korn Ferry, Mercer, or a regional boutique) and know how that model works from the inside

Have felt the tension between caseload volume and doing right by the individual

Understand APMEA hiring, GCC labour and visa realities in different countries (i.e. Singapore, Dubai, etc), and how executives actually get placed here

This role is not for you if

You do not have outplacement consulting experience

You do not have track record in supporting affected employees

You need highly structured environments with clear playbooks

You prefer relationship management without accountability
