TOURS AND TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on domestic travel destinations and tour packages. Plan and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences. Book hotels, transport, and other travel-related services. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media. Promote domestic tour packages and travel services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for customers. Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Tours & Travel, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in a tours and travel company is an added advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good knowledge of Kenya's domestic tourist destinations. Computer proficiency and familiarity with online booking systems is an added advantage. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
