Education:
College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience.
Work setting:

Tasks:
- Establish client insurance coverage.
- Identify potential markets.
- Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries.
- Provide customer service.
- Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features.

No supervision responsibility.
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses :
Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
Insurance experience:
- Automobile insurance.
