Job Summary You will support sales and operations by preparing invoices, work orders, quotations, and delivery documents, coordinating shipments, standardizing filing systems, and responding to customer sales enquiries efficiently. Responsibilities Submit invoices accurately to ensure timely billing and payment processing Prepare work orders, quotations, and delivery orders to support customer transactions and order fulfillment Develop plating process specifications tailored to customer requirements to ensure quality service delivery Coordinate and maintain standardized filing systems on company computers for easy document retrieval Organize shipments and prepare related documentation to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders Create standardized sales letters incorporating company product brochures to support sales communications Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries to support customer engagement and sales opportunities
