HR Business Partner Growth & Products Role purpose
Partner with Growth and Product leaders to align people strategy with business goals, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enable high performance through scalable HR programs and data-informed decisions.
Core responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Drive performance management, feedback cycles, and leadership coaching to improve team outcomes.
- Lead employee relations topics with fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Support change management for reorganizations, scaling, and process transformations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans, role design, and selection quality.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs effectively.
- Use people analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Growth, Product, or Tech organizations.
- Strong capability in organizational design , performance management , and stakeholder management .
- Working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance practices.
- Ability to influence leaders, manage ambiguity, and deliver pragmatic solutions at pace.
- Analytical mindset with experience applying people metrics to business decisions.
