We’re looking for an experienced Managing Director of Sales to lead, develop, and grow our team of FINRA-registered Private Market Associates and Consultants serving accredited investors. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build exceptional sales teams, coach high-performing professionals, create accountability, and drive results in a fast-moving environment. Use KPIs, conversion data, and pipeline analysis to identify opportunities and improve individual and team performance.

Foster a high-performance sales culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional investor service.

Ensure the team operates in accordance with FINRA requirements and all applicable internal policies and procedures.

Partner closely with executive leadership, Compliance, and Operations to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data to guide decisions and improve results.

The ability to balance ambitious revenue goals with sound supervisory practices and regulatory compliance.

A competitive, accountable, and results-oriented leadership style.

An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build, refine, and scale processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
