Job Responsibilities: Delivered friendly and professional customer service, creating a positive experience for walk-in customers.

Assisted customers with product recommendations, enquiries, and purchasing decisions based on their needs.

Maintained accurate records of customer information, sales transactions, prescriptions, and work orders to support operational efficiency.

Processed payments and managed cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Supported inventory control activities, including stock receiving, replenishment, inventory tracking, and merchandising.

Ensured products were attractively displayed and maintained a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment.

Contributed to smooth daily store operations by assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating routine operational activities.

Requirements: Candidates with retail, customer service, or sales experience will have an advantage.

Entry level candidates and those without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
