• Onboarding & Offboarding process.
• Follow up confirm contract renew contract and terminations.
• Time system (attendance, leave, Shift, OT)
• Manage stock snacks, office supplies and cleaning equipment .
• Conduct inspections of housekeeping duties as assigned in the schedule.
• Manage SOC Canteen.
• Facilities maintenance request.

Qualifications: Good understanding of and is proficient in the assigned tasks. Communicate effectively with the responsible department. Consistently completes assigned tasks within the given deadlines. Effectively handles unexpected issues at the workplace, showing initiative and sound judgment. Able to work well with related teams.
