HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to handle full HR operations for both white-collar and blue-collar employees within the FMCG industry.

The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance with Egyptian labor law. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for white & blue collar positions

Handle onboarding, contracts, and personnel files

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor law

Manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and disciplinary actions (especially for blue collar)

Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues

Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives

Prepare HR reports .

Job Requirements: Males Only

+2y of experience as HR Generalist perfred ( industry FMCG perfred background )

Proven experience handling blue & white collar employees

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR practices

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Perfed HR diploma

Proficiency in MS Office (HR systems experience is a plus)
