Responsibilities:

Safely transport company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations on time.

Assist with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.

Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.

Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.

Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking to avoid towing.

Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.

Ensure that the vehicle has sufficient gas and is always ready for use.

Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary.

Update monthly mileage records. Provide accurate time records of the company vehicle’s comings and goings.

Promptly report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to the HR manager.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience

A minimum of SSCE
