Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time

Salary: $2800.000 - $3200.000 COP

Modality On site (Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali o Medellín)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist / Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing Personal Injury team. This individual will play a key role in client intake and administrative case support, serving as one of the first points of contact for potential clients while assisting attorneys and case managers with day-to-day office and file management. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn the personal injury process.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct initial client intake and gather relevant case information.
  • Qualify leads and assess potential personal injury claims.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients.
  • Assist with opening new cases and organizing documentation.
  • Request and track medical records, police reports, and supporting documents.
  • Draft basic correspondence and assist with routine administrative documentation.
  • Update case management systems and maintain accurate notes and files.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and compassionate client support throughout the legal process.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in intake, legal administration, or a related client-facing/administrative role required. Experience in a Personal Injury law firm is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
