AUDITOR

Conducts physical audit and review of branch operations as needed and during the designated audit season. Reviews and verifies daily sales, deposits, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identifies and reports discrepancies, irregularities, and potential control issues for appropriate action. Prepares and submits accurate internal audit reports and findings to Management. Conducts physical inventory audits of parts, supplies, and other items maintained at the branches. Verifies the proper documentation and recording of deposit slips and other financial records. Ensures that branch transactions and activities comply with established company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements. Recommends corrective actions or improvements when control weaknesses or discrepancies are identified. Maintains proper audit documentation and supporting records. Performs other audit-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications/Requirements: JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information System, or other related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and documentation skills. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal control procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to work onsite in Quezon City. Willing to travel to assigned branches as required.
