Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Lead and manage the business development team to achieve targets and objectives. Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Drive revenue growth by designing and implementing scalable business processes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to executive leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships. High level of professionalism and integrity.
