Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Work closely with software development, IT, infrastructure, and product teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure smooth collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure project outputs meet technical standards, business requirements, and quality expectations
• Report project status regularly to project stakeholders and management
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description

• Good understanding of technical environments, software development processes, and IT systems
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP exam preparation course)
• Base understanding of software development processes, IT systems, and infrastructure environments
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal
