Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Team Lead

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.

At least 5-7 years of experience in compliance monitoring, risk oversight, or internal audit.

Deep expertise in compliance monitoring, internal controls, and risk management in iGaming.

Strong leadership abilities to direct testing processes and manage dedicated monitoring specialists.

Fluency in English; Armenian and Russian proficiency is highly appreciated.

Monitoring Frameworks & Operations:

Direct continuous tracking, auditing, and real-time monitoring of regulatory workflows to ensure alignment across B2B and B2C operations.

Establish robust testing frameworks and supervise a dedicated team of compliance monitors.

Risk Reporting & Corrective Actions:

Immediately flag potential compliance breaches or systemic gaps and formulate action plans.

Report risk insights directly to department leadership, ensuring immediate corrective actions are taken to maintain operational integrity.

General Responsibilities 

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
