LIAISON ASSISTANT

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company's coal mining operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, environmental requirements, occupational health and safety standards, and company policies. The position monitors regulatory compliance, maintains required documentation, coordinates with government agencies, and identifies potential compliance risks within mining operations.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in Mining Engineering or an environmental-related field is an advantage. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, environmental management, mining operations, safety, or a related field. Experience in the mining or coal mining industry is an advantage. Experience in dealing with MGB, DENR, DOLE, LGUs, and other government regulatory agencies is an advantage. Experience in regulatory audits, inspections, permit applications, and compliance reporting is a plus.
