Event Specialist

Company Description Smart Parents Network is an media & community focused on the development of family influencers in Indonesia, including mom influencers, dad influencers, and kids influencers. With a total of 12,000 influencer members within our network, we are confident in our ability to be part of the solution for brands to achieve their various objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from initial briefing and pre-event logistics through to live execution and post-event analysis.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors.
• Identify, book, brief event talents, managing their logistics and schedules.
• Formulate and manage event budgets, optimize costs, oversee procurement, and develop comprehensive event timelines and run of shows.
• Direct on-site event operations on event days to ensure seamless execution, strictly adhere to timelines, and quickly resolve any technical or operational issues.
• Oversee post-event dismantling, settle vendor invoicing, and compile post-event evaluation reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a event specialist.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end to end events.
• Have a Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems calmly under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work from the office in BSD, Cisauk.
• Able to join ASAP.
