Accounting Senior

As an AOS Senior you are required to:

• Retrieve the required financial data and information for the compilation work of our clients.
• Build a good & constructive relationship with our clients.
• Oversee AOS Juniors in handling of the client’s monthly Accounting compilation work.
• Oversee & support AOS Juniors on reconciling accounts whether in Excel, Xero or similar Accounting Systems.
• Prepare Financial Statements and Qualitative Analysis for our clients.
• Build an inclusive and supportive environment for the AOS Junior to accommodate their productivity.
• Train and supervise the AOS Juniors.
• Report and answer to AOS Managers.

Requirements:

• Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting major or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Accounting field.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking,
• Good self-organization skills.
• Good self-presentation.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, Accounting System, etc.
• Good command in PSAK and/or IFRS.
• Basic knowledge in Indonesian Taxation system.
