Clinic Executive/Assistant

SingMedical isn't a typical GP clinic. We've built a clinic patients actually enjoy visiting, with an arcade, a pantry and care that feels personal rather than transactional. ​ We're looking for a Clinic Executive who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys working with people and genuinely cares about making patients feel looked after. What you'll do Welcome and register patients, handle calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and manage appointments

Process payments, CHAS/Medisave subsidies and corporate insurance (TPA) claims accurately

Support our doctors with ECGs, urine tests, swabs and chaperoning (full training provided)

Take ownership of keeping the clinic stocked, organised and presentable

Help with our content: photoshoots, social media and our online shop. If you enjoy being on camera, even better!

​ You'll do well here if you Can reliably work weekends and some weekday evenings

Live within a reasonable commute of Clementi

Are comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software

Stay calm when it's busy, see mistakes as something to learn from and treat colleagues with patience

Care about getting the details right, because billing and claims depend on it

Are willing to learn, ask questions and take responsibility for doing your job well

Prior clinic experience is a plus, but not required.
