What you will do -Act as the main liaison with customer representatives to track vessel movement and operations. -Update and maintain the Daily Operations Schedule. -Coordinate with internal departments and partner companies to resolve issues promptly. -Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. -Assist the management team with various projects as needed. -Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and service-oriented mindset. What we are looking for -Recognized degree or diploma holder with experience in the marine or shipping industry. -Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. -Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. -Team player with high adaptability, self-motivated, and responsible. -Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure, with strong project management skills. -Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects -Fluent in English and Mandarin
