  • Liaise with speakers, guests, partners and internal stakeholders on event arrangements.
  • Manage invitations, registrations, confirmations and participant communications.
  • Prepare event materials including run sheets, attendance lists, name badges, signage and presentation materials.
  • Support event setup, registration and onsite operations.
  • Track timelines and deliverables, and follow up with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support post-event follow-up, feedback collation and reporting.
  • Assist with event-related administrative and coordination tasks as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong candidates typically bring:

  • Organised, detail-oriented and dependable, with strong follow-through.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Resourceful and able to troubleshoot when plans change.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Previous events, hospitality or programme coordination experience is advantageous.
  • Willing to work outside regular office hours when required for events.

WHY JOIN US

  • Gain hands-on experience delivering professional and industry-facing events.
  • Work on events involving HR leaders, business executives, industry partners and the wider professional community.
  • Build practical experience across event planning, stakeholder coordination and onsite operations.
  • Gain exposure to different event formats, from intimate networking sessions to major signature events.
  • Work within a collaborative team where you will have opportunities to take ownership and contribute directly to event delivery.
