Technical Delivery Engineer

What You'll Do Troubleshoot end-to-end streaming and network issues, including latency, packet loss, buffering, and playback problems . Support integration and testing across telecom product. Lead customer on-site deployment, UAT, performance testing, and acceptance . Provide L2 technical support and work closely with R&D teams to resolve critical issues. Prepare technical documentation and improve delivery processes through automation and scripting . What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, integration, or operations. Proficient in Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, HLS/DASH and streaming technologies. Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting . Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing, and communication skills. Experience with Singapore/SEA telecom operators/providers is a strong plus. Good English communication skills. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field .
