About the company

Our client, a layaway sales and retail business, is hiring Field Sales & Collection Officers. Male and female are welcome to apply.

Your tasks

What you’ll do

• Find and approach prospective customers and explain the layaway payment system
• Explain prices, instalment plans, deadlines and company rules clearly
• Visit customers to collect scheduled payments
• Issue approved receipts and record every payment accurately
• Submit daily collection and follow-up reports
• Follow up respectfully on missed payments
• Safeguard company funds, receipts and customer information

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• SHS qualification or above
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Honest, punctual, disciplined and hardworking
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting reasonable targets
• Sales or collection experience is an advantage; entry-level applicants are welcome

What we offer

What’s offered

• Starting Salary of GH₵1,000 to GH₵1,500 per month depending on suitability.
• Accommodation available for qualified applicants
