Position Overview Our client is a Singapore-based investment platform focused on identifying and developing investment opportunities across global financial markets, with particular exposure to the U.S. financial markets and digital asset ecosystem. We are seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Investment & Strategic Growth Director to contribute to the expansion of the company's investment activities and broader business development initiatives. The successful candidate will combine investment market knowledge, commercial acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify new investment and business opportunities, engage investors and strategic partners, and contribute to the growth of the company's investment platform. The role is particularly suited to candidates with experience across U.S. financial markets, cryptocurrency/digital assets, quantitative or systematic trading, asset management, investment management, or related financial services, together with exposure to fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations. Key Responsibilities Investment & Market Development Monitor and identify investment opportunities across U.S. financial markets, cryptocurrency, digital assets, and other relevant investment sectors;

Develop and evaluate potential investment strategies, products, and business opportunities in collaboration with senior management;

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks;

Contribute to the development and implementation of quantitative, systematic, algorithmic, or other technology-driven investment strategies where relevant;

Support portfolio construction, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring of investment activities;

Evaluate potential counterparties, investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, and commercial partnerships;

Translate market insights into actionable investment and business opportunities.

Capital Raising & Investor Relations Develop and maintain relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, professional investors, and strategic capital partners;

Support fundraising and capital-raising initiatives for investment strategies and new opportunities;

Prepare and deliver investment presentations, business proposals, and other investor-facing materials;

Communicate investment strategies, market developments, performance considerations, and opportunities effectively to investors and stakeholders;

Build and expand the company's investor and strategic partner network;

Support investor onboarding and ongoing relationship management in coordination with relevant internal teams.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Identify and develop new commercial and strategic opportunities that can expand the company's investment activities;

Establish relationships with asset managers, trading firms, technology providers, financial institutions, digital asset companies, family offices, and other strategic partners;

Explore new markets, investment products, distribution channels, and business models;

Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives;

Represent the company at relevant industry, investment, fintech, and digital asset events;

Convert market relationships and opportunities into commercially viable initiatives.

Portfolio & Risk Management Support the monitoring and assessment of investment portfolios and strategies;

Apply sound principles of portfolio construction, diversification, exposure management, and risk control;

Identify and communicate material market, investment, liquidity, counterparty, and operational risks;

Work with relevant investment and management teams to establish appropriate risk parameters and monitoring processes.

Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;

3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within investment management, asset management, trading, financial markets, digital assets, fintech, private markets, or related sectors;

Strong practical understanding of U.S. financial markets and/or cryptocurrency and digital assets;

Knowledge or hands-on experience in quantitative, systematic, algorithmic, or technology-driven trading will be highly valued;

Understanding of portfolio management, investment strategy, and risk management;

Exposure to fundraising, capital raising, investor relations, or institutional business development;

Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new investment, commercial, or strategic opportunities;

Strong analytical and commercial capabilities, with the ability to assess opportunities from both an investment and business perspective;

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills;

Excellent English communication skills. Mandarin or other Asian languages will be an advantage;

Strong network within investment, financial markets, digital asset, family office, institutional investor, or related communities will be an advantage;

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where required by international markets and business activities.

Candidates with a combination of investment market expertise and strong commercial/business development capabilities are particularly relevant. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Base Salary: From SGD 10,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications;
