Job Summary Support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth coordination of equipment scheduling, customer communication, and sales support within the company. Responsibilities Coordinate daily equipment scheduling to meet customer and operational requirements Manage customer requests and respond promptly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high service quality Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations, managing contracts, and following up with customers to facilitate sales processes Liaise effectively with customers, equipment operators, drivers, and technicians to ensure seamless communication and operations Coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance schedules to maintain operational readiness and minimize downtime Communicate clearly in English to support customer interactions and internal coordination
