*Job 1: Commercial Common Area and Exterior Litter Pick Up*

Wage: $20 & $24 per hour Location: W 7th Ave and Columbia St Schedule: Sunday (1.5 hours at $24), Tuesday (2 hours at $20) and Thursday (2 hours at $20) Hours: 5.5 hours per week - work to be completed between the hours of 6am - 3pm

*Job 2: Commercial Common Area and Exterior Litter Pick Up*

Wage: $20 per hour Location: E 1st Ave and Scotia St Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday Hours: 1 hour per session (2 hours week) - work to be completed between the hours of 6am - 3pm

*Job 3: Exterior Litter Pick Up* Wage: $24.00 per hour Location: East Broadway and Lillooet Street, Vancouver Schedule: Twice a month (day time on Saturday or Sunday) Hours: 3 hours (6 hours per month) - anytime between 6am - 5pm

_Job 1, 2 and 3 packaged together. To be taken together_

*Job 4: Office Cleaning*

Wage: $20 per hour Location: River Road and Cambie Rd, Richmond Hours: 3 hours and 15 min per session Schedule: Sat or Sun anytime (start anytime between 7am and 7pm)

Mandatory qualifications:

• You own a smartphone with data
• You are authorized to work in Canada
• No subcontractors

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
• Experience in surface disinfection
• Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:*

• Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
• Garbage and recycling disposal
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
• Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
