Role Description

As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty treatments and services.You will consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized experiences that enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. A successful candidate will be an expert in various beauty practices and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Service: Greet clients and conduct thorough consultations to determine their beauty needs and preferences.
• Hair Care: Perform a variety of hair services, including shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Skincare Treatments: Provide facial treatments, skin analysis, and other skincare therapies, recommending appropriate home-care routines.
• Nail Services: Offer professional manicures and pedicures, including nail art and color recommendations.
• Makeup Application: Apply makeup for various occasions, from natural looks to formal events.
• Hair Removal: Perform hair removal treatments such as waxing.
• Client Education and Sales: Advise clients on beauty products and treatments, and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Shop Operations: Manage appointments, maintain detailed client records, and ensure your workstation and tools are clean and sanitized.
• Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and stocking supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification: Must hold a valid state license or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a beautician, cosmetologist, or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of hair styling, skincare treatments, makeup application, and nail care. Familiarity with modern techniques such as balayage, microdermabrasion, or lash extensions is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results in all treatments.
• Creativity and Trend Awareness: A creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
