*Duties*

Physiotherapists should expect to perform many different duties, which can include:

• Assessing the client?s injury or surgical site and performing functional tests on the muscles and joints.
• Develop individualized treatment plans while administering therapeutic exercises, *hands-on* mobilization, and other modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, range of motion, and function
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

*Requirements*

• Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist and must have insurance
• Minimum 1-year experience in manual therapy, for acute and chronic conditions
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

A physiotherapist certificate licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is required.

*NOTE* Part Time 2-3 days per week

PAY: Between $67-$73

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $67.00 per hour
