We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated specialist visceral surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves managing a broad range of gastrointestinal and general surgical cases, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary surgical team.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal and general surgical conditions

Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures

Conduct laparoscopic and open surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes

Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for patient management

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols

Participate in surgical on-call duties as required

Requirements

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)

Board certification / fellowship in general surgery or visceral surgery

Minimum 3 years of post-specialist experience

Strong experience in gastrointestinal and laparoscopic procedures

Excellent surgical, clinical, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
