Position: Purchasing Officer (Procurement / Manufacturing)

Location: Changi North Street

Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 8.00am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Engineering and Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities: Issue purchase orders and purchase requisitions.

Source and identify suitable suppliers.

Compare quotations and evaluate supplier pricing.

Negotiate pricing, credit terms and delivery schedules.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Update order details in the internal database.

Maintain purchase, delivery and invoice records.

Coordinate with store staff on stock levels and storage matters.

Support other purchasing duties as assigned.

Requirements: Diploma in Administrative Management, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.

At least 1 year of purchasing, procurement or related experience.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and store staff.

Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up on orders and delivery timelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable updating purchasing records.
